From first call to first workflow
01. We talk for 30 minutes
We look at what you bring, the tools involved and what a good result would be. You'll know on the call whether we think we can help.
02. You get a written proposal
If there's a fit, we send a fixed-price scope for the right first step, usually the Audit or a Pilot, with what's included and excluded.
03. We start
Once you sign the statement of work, we agree dates, access and the people involved, and the work begins.
Before you book
Questions about the call
Yes. It's 30 minutes, free, and commits you to nothing. We tell you what we'd do first, what it would cost and what we'd leave alone. Paid work starts only after you accept a written, fixed-price scope.
£3,500 excl. VAT for two 90-minute working sessions and a written report within 10 working days: the loop that waits for you most, mapped end to end across up to five systems, a risk register, a ranked roadmap and a pilot brief you can take to anyone.
One example of the loop: what starts it, which tools it touches, who handles it and where it waits for you. Selling? Bring your rough timeline. Facing a deadline? The date and the records involved. Just bought? A list of the systems you inherited. No documents or data are needed.
For the first call you don't need one: describe the process, not the data. If later conversations need confidential details, we'll agree a confidentiality agreement before you share anything sensitive.
