Website use

These terms govern use of automate-flow.co.uk and its public content. The site provides general information and planning tools. It does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary or confidential relationship, and it does not promise a particular result, integration, timeline or commercial term.

Fixed packages and scope

Published package prices exclude applicable tax, third-party licences, hosting, paid data, travel and work outside the written boundary. Every engagement requires an accepted proposal, statement of work or contract that confirms scope, responsibilities, dependencies, acceptance and payment terms.

Native mobile apps, large migrations, unavailable third-party APIs, ERP replacement, complex payment systems and work outside the written package boundary are excluded unless separately agreed. Care Plan hours do not roll over. Response targets are service targets, not guarantees of resolution time.

Changes, acceptance and third parties

Requests outside the agreed scope follow written change control. Delivery depends on timely access, decisions, representative test cases and working third-party services. Third-party availability, licences, terms and fees remain controlled by their providers.

Calculators and guidance

The UK calculators provide planning estimates only for their stated scenarios and effective-dated manifests. They do not replace payroll software, an accountant, a tax adviser or legal advice, and they do not confirm that a dividend may lawfully be declared. Unsupported cases are rejected rather than estimated.

Intellectual property and data

The final client agreement will define ownership and licences for deliverables, background materials, third-party components, client data, documentation and reuse. Website content and brand assets may not be copied beyond rights granted by applicable law or written permission.
