How consent works
Nothing that measures or identifies your visit runs until you choose. On your first visit the banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Customise with equal weight. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.
Analytics and marketing are separate choices. You can change or withdraw either at any time with Cookie preferences in the footer or the button on this page.
Strictly necessary storage
We keep your choice in your browser's local storage under the key automateflow-consent-uk, so we do not ask again on every page. It holds only the categories you chose and when you chose them. Security and form protection may use short-lived technical records.
This storage cannot be switched off, because the site needs it to respect your choice.
Analytics (optional, off by default)
With your consent we load Google Analytics 4 to count page views and a small set of interactions, such as which call-to-action was used or whether a form step succeeded. Calculator inputs and results, form text, names, email addresses and company details are not sent as analytics data. IP anonymisation is on, and Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled.
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which expire after 2 years by default. Without your consent the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. We use Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics and all advertising signals denied by default.
Marketing (optional, off by default)
Apollo website visitor tracking helps us recognise which companies visit the site. It loads only where it has been approved for this website and you accept marketing. If the banner does not offer a marketing option, Apollo is not in use. When it runs, Apollo sets a first-party cookie and may identify the visiting company and, in some cases, a business contact.
We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing or ad personalisation. Google's ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals stay denied.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use Cookie preferences in the site footer, or the button below, to reopen the banner. If you withdraw consent we stop loading the affected tools, delete the Google Analytics cookies this site can access and reload the page. You can also remove any cookie in your browser settings.
