The AI readiness check

The readiness check asks where work gets stuck, which pattern describes the problem, what outcome matters, who owns the workflow and how often it runs, then suggests a starting point. The result is a working hypothesis, not an audit, proposal, cost estimate or outcome guarantee.

Take the AI readiness check.

UK payroll and employer NI

The calculator supports annual salary planning up to £100,000 in tax year 2026/27, using the standard £12,570 Personal Allowance, regional annual Income Tax bands, regular monthly pay, and National Insurance category A. It exposes the annual Income Tax estimate, employee NI, employer NI, estimated annual net pay, and gross pay plus employer NI separately. It does not calculate PAYE withholding or produce a payslip; the displayed monthly take-home is an average.

It rejects directors' annual NI, non-standard codes, student loans, benefits, statutory payments, salary sacrifice, multiple employments, irregular bonuses and specialist NI categories instead of approximating them.

UK dividend and limited-company planning

The dividend tool calculates the whole-Income-Tax change caused by a proposed dividend for a supported UK-resident individual. It includes Personal Allowance tapering and beneficial allocation, the savings nil-rate bands, UK-wide dividend bands, and Scottish treatment of non-savings income. It rejects cases with adjusted-net-income or rate-band changes that it cannot safely model.

The company planner accepts confirmed taxable total profits, augmented profits, company type, and distributable reserves for a UK-resident, non-ring-fence limited company. It applies associated-company and short-period threshold adjustments, includes close investment-holding company treatment, then reuses the personal dividend engine. Corporation Tax and the owner’s Income Tax remain separate.

Data and privacy

The calculators run locally and the readiness check uses predefined choices only. Do not enter credentials, documents, customer data, internal URLs, prompts or confidential information into any public AutomateFlow page.

If you continue to a discovery call, provide process-level context only. Review the privacy notice before submitting contact information.

Limitations

  • The readiness check provides preliminary orientation; it does not inspect systems, data, permissions or feasibility.
  • The payroll calculator covers only its stated 2026/27 standard case and displays its sources and rule version.
  • The dividend and company calculators are planning tools. They do not replace a UK accountant, payroll professional or tax adviser, calculate every relief, or confirm legal distributability.
  • No available tool promises savings, revenue, compliance, accuracy, or return on investment.
